If you grew up Nigeria, then it shouldn’t be strange to see one of your parents fall completely for this meal every time its in season. Of course you know that corn aka maize is seasonal.
So, we would see our parents buy a handful corn and coconut or pear on their way from work, munch it before dinner is ready, hence we had to choice but to love it too. However, our generation has gone a notch ahead with adding roasted peppered chicken.
