Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, said this while reacting to President Buhari's comment that his administration acted faster after the abduction of the Dapchi schoolgirls unlike Goodluck Jonathan whose government was ''insensitive'' after the Chibok girls were abducted in April 2014.
